Escape to the pristine white sand beaches of Cape San Blas, Florida!. Cape San Blas is located 50 miles SE of Panama City between Port St. Joe & Apalachicola, just East of Mexico Beach & West of St. George Island!
THE CAPE ESCAPE I: 2BR/2BA. THE CAPE ESCAPE II: 2BR/2.5BA. 100 steps from The Cape Escape & on the lake! On the upper level is a King & Queen bedroom, both with private bathrooms and porches. They both have Cable TV & one has a VCR & the other a DVD! 2 of the 3 decks overlook a large freshwater fishing lake & the condo is 200 steps to the beach or the gulf front pool! Fish FROM the back porch!
SEA BREEZE: 2BR/2BA. Directly across from The Cape Escape I, on a lake with gulf views. 80 steps to the gulf front pool & 130 steps to the beach!
BEACH HOUSE TOO: 2BR/2BA. 5 doors down from The Cape Escape I and supplied with all the extra's too!
All are supplied by the owner with GREAT amenities: Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Rafts/Floats, Crab nets and buckets, kite and a beach cart to get it all there, thouth it's just a few steps away! We also provide many household amenities--dish soap, DW soap, laundry soap and more! We hope this makes your vacation easy to plan and clears some space in your car!

AMENITIES:
Owners provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, buckets/shovels, rafts/floats, boogie boards, crab nets, cooler and a beach cart to carry it all!
We also try and have all the little things that are easy to forget like laundry soap, tin foil, DW detergent & lots of other extra! We want The Cape Escape to feel like home! We hope this clears some space in your car!
Cape San Blas, FL is 20 miles long and a mile wide at it's widest point! St. Joseph Bay is on one side and the Gulf of Mexico is on the other. Ten of the 20 miles consists of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and there are no high rise condos. This allows for an uncrowded and unspoiled beach--lot's of room for you and your dog to enjoy! Your dog is welcome on the beach with NO TIME RESTRICTIONS!
Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community with 2 fantastic pools. One is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean and the beautiful white sand beaches of Cape Sand Blas--ranked the #1 beach in the USA in 2002 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman! Barrier Dunes also has lighted tennis courts, fresh water fishing ponds, boardwalks throughout and several pet stations! Barrier Dunes is a very Family Friendly complex!
St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is located right next door to Barrier Dunes and offers excellent access to the bay as well as 7 miles of undeveloped, unpaved pristine wilderness area, bay access and beach. Enjoy rare views of sea birds & other wildlife. We took a boat out in the bay and saw dolphin dancing around the boat, schools of stingray, starfish, sea urchins, sand dollars, fish and crabs! The clear water bay is one of the cleanest in Florida & provides excellent snorkeling, boating, fishing, crabbing & scalloping.
